I'm sorry for not providing the reference. Survey results are

As stated in this material, 150 organization responded.

| active". So, what is the projected timelines of hitting less than /9 in

From the distribution trends in above slides, it will be 2020 in APNIC.
However, I think ARIN will trigger that global policy in near future.
