POLICIES FOR ADDRESS SPACE MANAGEMENT IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION: FINAL
DRAFT RELEASED, PENDING EC APPROVAL
Previous drafts of the document "Policies for Address Space Management in
the Asia Pacific Region" were released and publicly announced on 5
February 1999, 3 March 1999, and 30 June 1999. On each occasion, APNIC
received many useful and well-considered comments, which were taken into
account in developing the successive drafts. APNIC thanks all those who
have contributed.
The development of this document has been subject to a comprehensive,
open, consensus-driven process of consultation with the members of APNIC,
the Executive Council, and the broader global Internet community.
This document will now be presented to the Executive Council. Unless there
are substantial comments to the contrary, the EC will approve the
document. The draft document will then be implemented as an official
APNIC document three months from the date of EC approval.
