Why not Create an APNIC Clone or Two ?
Why don't the people from the area around Japan, Korea
and China create a "clone" of APNIC ?
Maybe they could base it in Hong Kong, which is often
considered to be a convienant location for that region
and has the world's attention with the historic transitions
taking place.
Another clone could be created in Singapore to cover
that area and still another in India.
Why restrict the Internet growth simply because of a
few people and where they prefer to live ?
