APNIC now allocates /19s to new members, we do not allocate longer prefixes.
As such, C is allocated 10.0.0.0/18 to partition as 2 /19s (whether they do
so is up to them) and will pay US $0.16/0.10/0.06/0.03 per address depending
on the self-determined size of the confederation. This works out to:
Small: 2621.44
Medium: 1638.40
Large: 983.04
Very Large: 491.52 (assuming the JPNIC modification is accepted)
With the membership fee included, this works out to:
Small: 5121.44
Medium: 6638.40
Large: 10983.04
Very Large: 20491.52 (assuming the JPNIC modification is accepted)
