Re: [sig-policy] general opinions about the transfer proposal(s)

Just to follow up on other elements of the transfer proposal(s), the
majority of the LIRs/ISPs in JP expressed support for the concept of the
proposal and that we should move forward at APNIC27.
On the details of the transfer, opinions were split over
+ checking the utilization
+ size of the transfer
We also had a number of discussions on how to make it work in real life
operations and two major requests were made from routing/packeting concerns.
I'll share them in my next mail.
