  Seems to me that if as you have publically advocated that
a significant need for gettng IPv6 much more broadly depolyed,
that an honest and open discussion regarding fee structure, membership,
and operational details of RIR's as well as perhaps a significant
reduction of fee's for IPv6 allocations would be advantagious of
course unless broader deployment of IPv6 is secondary to fee
structure/amount, membership and/or RIR operations...
