After first reaching consensus at the APNIC 33 Open Policy Meeting in
New Delhi, India, the following proposal has successfully completed all
stages of the APNIC Policy Development Process (PDP).

    prop-102: Sparse allocation guidelines for IPv6 resource allocations

At the APNIC Executive Council (EC) meeting on 24 May 2012, the APNIC EC
instructed the Secretariat to implement the new policy.
