The proposal "prop-100 National IP Address Plan - Allocation of
country-wide IP address blocks" has been withdrawn by the author.

The author would prefer more time to consider community feedback and, if
required, plans to submit a revised proposal after evaluating impacts
flowing from the anticipated establishment of an NIR in India.
