Thanks for your comments! Yes, the goal of this proposal was to address
the concerns mentioned at the previous APNIC meeting.

Given the proposal you mention is just that, a proposal, prop-088 is
written based on the current situation.

Creating additional orgs to get more resources is not a problem unique
to the APNIC service region either. Been discussed many times already.
Yes, the "final /8" pool size could increase, but no one knows by how
much it will increase. Plus there is nothing in prop-088 stopping a
future policy proposal changing the delegation from /22 to something
larger if the desire arises.
