Summary of discussion to date
-----------------------------
- It was suggested that the community encourage filtering based on the
proposed lists of resources associated with non-updated or known
invalid contacts.
- It was asked if the proposal also applied to private assignments
(those not in the public APNIC Whois Database, but stored in MyAPNIC).
It was further suggested that there may not be a strong need to have
the proposal apply to these private assignments.
- In response to a question from the community, it was clarified that
the APNIC Secretariat received 500 invalid contact reports between
1 January and 31 July 2010.
- The proposal author stated that he would prefer all whois data be
covered by the proposal (including historical resources) and asked
the Secretariat for information on historical resources in the
database.
