prop-078, "IPv6 deployment criteria for IPv4 final /8 delegations" did
not reach consensus at the APNIC 29 Policy SIG. Therefore, this
proposal is being returned to the author and the Policy SIG mailing
list for further discussion.


Proposal details
----------------

This proposal seeks to ensure some small blocks of IPv4 space will
remain available for a long time to ease the co-existence of IPv4 and
IPv6 and to facilitate IPv6 deployment.
