that would be easier, but we will have the same problems again. (1) unpopulated IRT Object. (2) more than 1 place for the real abuse contact. (3) possibility of unaccurate data. I think this will be a lot of work for APNIC, but it would clean up the db quiet a bit and make things much clearer and easier.
