FYI, RFC5398 has just been published by the IETF. In it, it states
that:


this is great news!

As indicated by the Policy SIG chairs at the end of October, there is
no longer any need for prop-061 to be implemented by APNIC.

indeed. as we have not sent it to the EC, i believe that, unless there

is objection, we can just let it die.
