I suspect the present is starting to become the time to highlight these
issues again. I've found in my own day job that there are many questions
being asked, many of which are well covered in your article - but folks
don't remember it, or don't look, or don't search...

And this is the major reason that SPs should be pressuring their vendors
for proper support today, not 1st January next year when they realise
they can't tell the difference between all the 23456s floating around.
