prop-057: Proposal to change IPv6 initial allocation criteria

Dear colleagues
This is the final call for comments on policy proposal prop-057,
'Proposal to change IPv6 initial allocation criteria'.
This proposal was presented at APNIC 25 and was accepted by consensus.
The proposal has been submitted to the Policy SIG mailing list for an
eight-week discussion period. At the end of that period, if consensus
appears to have been achieved, the Policy SIG Chair will ask the
Executive Council to endorse the proposal for implementation.

This is a proposalto change Criteria d. in section 5.1.1. 'Initial
allocation criteria' of the 'IPv6 Address Allocation and Assignment
Policy' from:
- Have a plan for making at least 200 assignments to other
organisations within two years.
To:
- Have a plan for making at least 200 assignments to other
organisations within two years, OR;
- Be an existing LIR with IPv4 allocations from an RIR/NIR which
makes IPv6 assignments and/or sub-allocations to other
organisations and announces the allocation in the inter-domain
routing system within two years.
