Summary of discussion since last summary
----------------------------------------
Note: The comments below refer to version two of the proposal,
officially posted on 14 February 2008.
- There was discussion about the word 'plan'. Does it imply a
commitment to implement it fully?
- It should assumed that any organisation with an IPv4 allocation
also requires an IPv6 allocation, if only to ensure connectivity
for existing IPv4 hosts as IPv6 becomes ubiquitous
- Any policy-related impediment to IPv6 adoption should be removed
