Dear Policy SIG chairs, Please let me submit recommendation from the Resource Management System Working Group as follows: --- APNIC should deprecate email update for its registry and whois data with phasing-out period. However, the working group has received concern from a member. The concern is that rationalisation for development for bulk registration engine within an APNIC member is difficult if the organisation uses automated e-mail based system for registering to APNIC resource management system. --- Since the activity of the RMS WG began after APNIC 23, only one message was posted from APNIC members.
