That is just blowing the discussion out of proportion.
It is not about black helicopters or other theories
about consirpacy - it is ensuring that each member has
a fair voting level, and pays for their fair use
of the IP resource and governance outcomes.

I agree with you there... many people seem afraid to
change.. change is not bad. So while I have been
picking on that policy, with all its apparent and
future benefits, why do you think it was delayed?
Or perhaps are we using fear of change as an excuse?

I think regardless of which mailing list it happens
on, it is still valuable.. to me anyway..
