You made my point I believe. The current questionably consensus
based policy which you kindly provided the link for, does not
definitively what constitutes in any way, "subsequent allocation criteria."
Hence leaving LIR's and ISP's as well as other stakeholders/users
in a unclear and argumentative and confused position unnecessarily.
