Hi All

Just a few short days until we kick off APNIC 50 online and we are looking forward to your participation.

The team at APNIC would like you to have the best possible experience when moderating and/or presenting. The information attached will help you prepare for your session but if you have any questions, please get in touch with me.

Just as a reminder, please note:

    * If you have not already register, register now at
      	https://conference.apnic.net/50/register/register/

    * Once you have registered, on the day of the event, log in to the
      APNIC 50 website – either via the prompt on the Schedule page or
      using the Login button in the top right of the website page. Until
      you log in, you won’t be able to join the conference sessions in
      Zoom webinar.

    * Before Tuesday, please make sure you have downloaded the Zoom
      application to your computer and tested out the functionality.

    * Please upload your slides at least a day before your session so we
      can publish before yourpresentation.

    * Check you have been added to the WhatsApp group so APNIC staff can
      contact you quickly.

    * Be logged in and ready to Chair/moderate/present at least 10

      the program – if it is different, we will have trouble finding you.

    * Please keep your video off and microphone muted until it is time
      for you to Chair/moderate/present.
