We really need to make sure this is sent to the mailing list.

In accordance with the SIG Guidelines, it should be sent two months prior to the SIG meeting, even though it may be closer to the event that people start to respond.

Can we please send this as a matter of urgency?

If Shyam is not available, perhaps a Co-Chair could cut off my comments, fix the Subject line and forward this to the NIR SIG Mailing list sig-nir at lists dot apnic dot net.
