TWNIC IP department director Oyang switched to TWNIC department of
administration because of her career scheme. She led a good leadership
in our team, we are sorry about losing her.

To cover Oyang's work, we had a new IP department director, Dr. Ku. I'm
pleased to introduce him to you all.

Dr. Ku, Ching-Heng Ku, chku at twnic dot net dot tw, has been with TWNIC for half
year, and transferred from Administration department to IP department.
He is a professional in VoIP and Multimedia fields. Before joining
TWNIC, Dr. Ku has worked for National center for high-performance
computer assiociation for many years. He is taking charge of all of IP
department affairs now.

We also have a new assistant joining IP department, Phoebe Chien,
phoebe at twnic dot net dot tw. She just graduated form university this year, and
take over billing and documents matters.
