Hi there,

I haven't found the call for presentation for Cooperation SIG yet, but I may

have missed it. If it is okay, I would like to bring one topic there, which

will be titled like "What happened with Content Blocking in Japan in 2018?"


Much appreciate if anyone can guide me how to submit a presentation proposal.
