Thank you for this. Since the term "Affirmation of Committments" can be
used to refer to different things, I think that it is worth pointing out
that, as I understand it, the AoC envisaged by LACNIC would be a binding
contract. ARIN (not included in your table) is also proposing a legally
binding agreement for the IANA functions, see:
