Hi Richard and all,
Here, let me answer your questions. For #1, no, you don't need to unsubscribe. It's an open mailing list, and your comment will keep on being appreciated. A difficult point is, with the community which tends to be quiet, with majority of non-native English speakers, sometimes the discussion goes only among people from other region. It would be not a good shape, right? I've experienced it several times over my 15 year involvement in APNIC arena. We should and will encourage the AP community more active discussion, but tendency may remain. For #2, "to engage global multistakeholder community" is not APNIC's mandate. the phrase was used in NTIA Statement and by ICANN for convening the discussion, but what APNIC does is to engage our respective community. Five RIRs do it respectively, coordinate it in CRISP team. https://www.nro.net/news/iana-stewardship-consolidated-rir-iana-stewardship-proposal-team to make the Number Community's proposal.
