As part of a consultation process, my colleague Alex Wang and I would like to seek input on a few key issues that are faced by the Internet sector, particularly relating to IPv4. We are academics involved in research and teaching into IPv4 and we are conducting this consultation to help us know where to focus our efforts in the future.
