The article provided both inputs and also said that we're not all Steve Jobs either...Â
I wasn't saying that we should ignore members, but I do agree that members or most organisations rarely know accurately what they want, much less what is good for them.
That said, I think the survey is a good thing... but it shouldn't be taken as gospel either, and should be used as guidance.
