Hi all,

I wanted to start a discussion on 'Demonstrated Need' or justification that is required for transfer of IP Resources.

There has been discussion at some meetings, especially RIPE last week about removing or lowering the Demonstrated Needs in the post-exhaustion world.

It is my initial opinion that maintaining demonstrated need is important, but I wanted to see what the community thought and why.

Looking forward to your thoughts an opinions.
