The APNIC Executive Council (EC) invites you to attend the APNIC Member
Meeting (AMM) at APNIC 35 in Singapore.

    When:  Friday, 1 March 2013
    Time:  09:00 - 15:30 (UTC +8)
    Where: Jurong Room, Shangri-La Hotel
           22 Orange Grove Road, 258350,
           Singapore
    Chair: Maemura Akinori

The AMM is the forum for discussions about APNIC's operations and

2013 APNIC EC election
----------------------

APNIC Members who are attending the APNIC 35 AMM, and have not voted
online for the EC election, will be able to vote on site on Friday, 1
March 2013.

Corporate Contacts, Member contacts with voting rights, or appointed
proxy voters can collect ballot papers at the voting desk from 08:30 to
14:00 (UTC +8) on Friday, 1 March 2013.

Proxy appointment
-----------------

Members who cannot attend the meeting but still wish to vote, may
appoint a proxy by submitting a proxy appointment form to APNIC.

Proxy appointment opens on Wednesday, 13 February 2013. Completed forms
must be received by APNIC, or completed using MyAPNIC, by 09:00
(UTC +8) on Wednesday, 27 February 2013.
