The APNIC Executive Council (EC) invites you to attend the APNIC Member
Meeting (AMM) at APNIC 33 in New Delhi, India.

2012 APNIC EC election

APNIC Members who are attending the APNIC 33 AMM, and have not voted
online for the EC election, will be able to vote on site on Friday, 2
March 2012.
Corporate Contacts, Member contacts with voting rights, or appointed
proxy voters can collect ballot papers at the voting desk from 08:30 to
14:00 (UTC +5:30) on Friday, 2 March 2012.

Proxy appointment

Members who cannot attend the meeting but still wish to vote, may
appoint a proxy by submitting a proxy appointment form to APNIC.
Proxy appointment opens on Wednesday, 15 February 2012. Completed forms
must be received by APNIC, or completed using MyAPNIC, by 09:00
(UTC +5:30) on Wednesday, 29 February 2012.
