"Equality"? Hmm.
So, just to be clear, you believe that (say) an individual member with a
single /24 that pays $1000 should be "equal" to (say) a national Internet
registry that pays two orders of magnitude more and which serves almost
400,000,000 people while managing a total of a 14 /8s worth of IPv4 address
space?
