If you constrain allocation policy to something rational, yes. Back of the envelope calculations would indicate that even at 1000 times current IPv4 consumption rates, the 1/8 of the IPv6 being used for global unicast would last over a century.
Of course these calculations don't take into account non-linear/unanticipated requirements or irrational policies.
