to form a NIR. Beyond that, I don’t think we need to justify anything. As per APNIC, they just expect public comments on the application. That interprets the fact that we may sit and ignore all these comments. However, the reasons
for response to clarify all professional enquiries that members may carry in their mind. Beyond that we prefer to ignore and let it be just a public comment to APNIC on the application.:-)

Korea and others have NIR for various reasons, why not India? I urge all Indians on this list to excerise patriotism towards their motherland and avoid public nuisance.
