The document has been updated to reflect the implementation of the
policy proposal, "prop-0220v001: A proposal to abolish redundant charges
in IPv6 allocations". The change is as follows:
- Section 3.4.3 has been amended to remove the multiple charging
for exisiting allocations which are subsequently expanded.
This draft is intended to implement the consensus decision reached at
APNIC 18 and endorsed by the Executive Council on 19 November 2004 in
relation to proposal prop-022-v001. Details of the original proposal and

reached consensus on the policy issues which are to implemented.
Therefore, during the comment period, interested parties may:
- object to the draft document on the grounds that it does not
properly reflect the consensus decision reached in the Policy
Review Process;
- suggest improvements of any aspect of the document;
- request that an additional call for comment be made to allow
more consideration of substantial revisions.
