This meeting is being held in conjunction with APRICOT 2004, and is now only
three weeks away. If you have not registered yet please do so as soon as

1. VISA REQUIREMENTS

Citizens of some countries need to apply for Malaysian entry visas in
advance. If you require a visa, it is essential to allow sufficient time for
processing. Details of the application process are available at:

2. NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
------------------------------------
This is a reminder that nominations for the APNIC Executive Council election
must be submitted by the close of business, Friday 13 February 2004. The
election to be held during the APNIC Member Meeting, in Kuala Lumpur on 27
February 2004. Nominations must be made using the online nomination from
available at:

3. MEETING SPONSORS

4. INFORMATIONAL SUBMISSIONS FOR SIGS

Informational presentations may still be submitted for all SIGs at the
coming meeting. Proposals are welcome from anyone interested in the
management of Internet Resources in the Asia Pacific region. Please submit
the proposals to respective SIG chairs at:

5. HOSTMASTER CONSULTATIONS

Members will also be able to book consultations with APNIC hostmasters
during the meeting so that resource requests and registration issues can be
discussed. Registration for the consultations will be announced shortly.
6. SOCIAL EVENT

APNIC members and friends are invited to attend APNIC's social event at the
Beach Hut on Wednesday evening, 25 February 2004. Details of the social
