CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO APNIC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Three positions on the APNIC Executive Council will be opened for election
at the APNIC Member Meeting on 27 February 2004, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The members whose positions are up for re-election are Maemura Akinori,
Che-Hoo Cheng, and Geoff Huston who were elected at the APNIC Member Meeting
in Bangkok, Thailand on 7 March 2002.
Nominations are due by close of business Friday 13 February 2004 at the
latest.
Nominees do not have to be representatives of APNIC members; however, only
APNIC members may make nominations. Members are welcome to nominate a
representative of their own organisation.

Details of all nominees will be posted on the web site and will be
distributed at the meeting.
If you are not able to attend the AMM, you can still make your vote
count, by appointing a proxy to represent you at the meeting. Proxy

Nominees should note that positions on the APNIC Executive Council are
currently voluntary and that APNIC may not be able to reimburse EC
members all expenses associated with EC duties. Where possible, however,
APNIC will reimburse actual expenses for attendance to APNIC meetings,
providing that these fall within budget and cash flow constraints.
