Names are a distraction, to keep people from seeing the deals being made with regard
to address space allocations. All of the "ICANN watching" seems to miss how the
Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) Machine is structured and grows. Each /8 owner should
be paying each year and the same each year. You might want to comment on whether
U.S. laws allow for customers of the same product to be treated differently. Also, how
do U.S. Government contractors dispose of assets ? or manage assets ? in a fair way...
