Does it mean I can play with it as I wish? I mean I
can give it to any one on rent or whatever.
If I have /20 block,,,,, I can assign /22 to someone
to use it ,evenif they are not my customer or they are
totally seperate isp and not using our services.
And they can announce it to their provider as
different origin AS.
