We have been informed directly that our structure for and Initial
IndividualMembership Organization is also being considered closely as well. We
find this
to be quite encouraging and beneficial to the Stakeholder community as it
provides a good process for oversight, Transparency, and openness.
See http://www.ntia.doc.gov/ntiahome/domainname/proposals/ineginc/ineginc.htm
for further details.
It is also unlikely that any modification of the bylaws will be implemented or
considered
until or unless the Congress has some approval of them as well.
See http://www.sjmercury.com/breaking/docs/080992.htm For some comments
in this regard.

Well we expected such comments from Don Heath. His reputation in thisregard
is by now well known. He does not have a great propensity for honesty.
