Again, you missed the point. If you speak out, you could
have a problem getting IP addresses in the future.

Another explanation is that people are concerned that if they speak
out they will not be able to obtain IP address resources that they need.
This is because IPv4 address allocations are tightly controlled by a
small group of insiders. That is going to change soon, real soon.
Then we will see how willing people are to speak out...about the past...
