In the ad for a new "director general" the APNIC
claims to be one of only *three* organizations in
the world that coordinates resource allocation.

Is that true ?
What about the IANA (or IANA Inc.)?
What about all of the LIRs of RIPE ?
What about the companies that now are dividing up their /8s ?
What about @Home ?
