Please point everyone to a IETF draft!
ANYONE can submit a IETF draft. There is no limitations. All ideas are
welcome and will be processed by the peer review and working process of the
IETF.
This is how the Internet is build. It has nothing to do with Cisco. It has
everything to do with being part of the process.
