Why does confederation needs English documents?
The current confederation draft says that the confederation registry must
provide documents describing, in English, confederation organizational
structure and procedures, membership eligibility requirements and termination
procedures, and something like these.
My question is what the reason of asking for English documents is.
If this is just for APNIC to understand what and how the confederation
does, maybe the documents do not have to be so formal and well-documented.
It is a tough job for non-natives to make FORMAL English documents,
even though we JPNIC have equivalant docements written in Japanese.
I imagine that some of other confederation candidates would have the
same problem.
