If you received no comments and APNIC still payment from the ISPs, that
mean they are happy with the services that APNIC provide. You properly
hear more comments during the APNIC meeting then in the email list. It
just prove that whatever you put up as a proposal make a lot of sense to
this community at this stage of Internet development in Asia Pacific region.
