Also I think we should study the reasons why any entity should have their
own Provider Independent space. I think only ISPs have that need, and
even then, do not need all that many. For example, after our /19 is
exhausted (which I don't think will be soon), I am looking into using
provider space. This is especially for addresses that are not hard
to change, such as dial-up IP pools.

How do you get a waiver, and who's the EC?

I am satisfied with APNIC operations, so no comments... just want to
have more techspeak in apops now that NANOG has been overrun by
eDNS and spam talk. :(
