Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at APNIC 39

The APNIC Executive Council (EC) invites you to attend the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) at APNIC 39 in Fukuoka, Japan.

    When:  Friday, 6 March 2015
    Time:  09:00 - 15:30 (UTC +9)
    Where: Room 501, Fukuoka International Congress Center, 2-1
           Sekijo-machi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka 812-0032
    Chair: Maemura Akinori

The AGM is the forum for discussions about APNIC's operations and

2015 APNIC EC election
----------------------

APNIC Members who are attending the APNIC 39 AGM and have not voted
online for the EC election will be able to vote on site on Friday, 6
March 2015.

Corporate Contacts, Member contacts with voting rights, or appointed
proxy voters can collect ballot papers at the voting desk from 09:00 to
14:00 (UTC +9) on Friday, 6 March 2015.

Proxy appointment
-----------------

Members who cannot attend the meeting but still wish to vote, may
appoint a proxy by submitting a proxy appointment form to APNIC.

Proxy appointment opens on Wednesday, 18 February 2015. Completed forms
must be received by APNIC, or completed using MyAPNIC, by 09:00
(UTC +9) on Wednesday, 4 March 2015.
