APNIC service maintenance

Dear colleagues

APNIC will have two significant and important outages in April 2008:

April 10 - 08:00 - 08:30 UTC+10
April 14 - 24:00 - 06:00 UTC+10


Affected services
-----------------

Tuesday 10 April

- All access to MyAPNIC and APNIC events sites will be disabled for
  approximately 30 minutes while we migrate the APNIC registry database
  to a new server

Saturday 14 April

- The APNIC premises in Brisbane, Australia, will shut down its
  electricity supply for approximately six hours to perform essential
  cabling work
- APNIC will not be contactable by phone during this time
- All other public services will be unaffected

Unaffected services
-------------------

- Whois queries will operate normally
- DNS queries will operate normally
- All other services are unaffected
