Final Call for Nominations to APNIC Executive Council

This is a final call for nominations of individuals from the Asia Pacific
region to fill four positions on the APNIC Executive Council, which will
become vacant in March 2004.

The selection process will involve an open election to be held during the
APNIC Member Meeting (AMM) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 27 February 2004.

Nominees do not have to be representatives of APNIC members; however, only
APNIC members may make nominations. Members are welcome to nominate a
representative of their own organisation.

Nominations are due by 17:00 (UTC +10) today, Friday 13 February 2004 at the
latest. An online nomination form is available at:

Proxy voting
------------

If you are not able to attend the AMM, you can still make your vote count,
by appointing a proxy to represent you at the meeting. Proxy forms must be
submitted by fax to +61-7-3858-3199 before before 09:00 (UTC+10) on
Wednesday 25 February 2004. Proxy forms are available at:
