16th APNIC Open Policy Meeting
19-22 August 2003

Dear APNIC members and friends,

Registration for APNIC 16 is now open. To take advantage of the early
bird discounts please register by Friday 18 July 2003. The online
registration form is available at:

    http://www.apnic.net/apnic-bin/render.pl


APNIC members can attend the APNIC Member Meeting on Friday 22 August
2003 free of charge. Members should quote their Member Account Name on
the registration form to receive the correct member rate. If you do not
know you account name email us at <meetings at apnic dot net>.

To minimise delays at the registration desk delegates are encouraged to
process fee payments before the meeting. Credit card payments can be
made via a secure online payments processing system on the registration
form.


Accommodation and visas

Details of accommodation and visa requirements will be published on the
meetings website shortly. Please check regularly for updates at:

Fellowships
-----------
A reminder that applications for fellowships must be submitted by Monday
30 June 2003. APNIC is offering a limited number of fellowships to allow
members of the Internet community in the developing countries of the
Asia Pacific region to attend APNIC 16. Details of the fellowships and
the application form are available at:
