The prefixes_apnic_pool.txt file _is_ a list of free addresses in the pool.

It is _not_ a list of addresses that have been allocated by APNIC.

The first entry is "1.0.1.0/24"

Do you know which file on the APNIC site contains the free pool list?

i.e. which file contains an entry of "1.0.1.0/24"
